William and Emily Alderton are great supporters of the Daniel Courtney Trust - you may remember they helped organise, and took part in the Charity's first official event - a sponsored cycle ride. Their latest venture is selling delicious homemade shortbread, which is proving so popular that they now have quite a cottage industry going!!
