Nice, bright sunny day, but boy is it cold. Our team has been decimated by illness and injury. Ema has a chest infection, Chris has 'flu', and Aunty Annette has damaged the muscles in her chest and is under medical orders not to swim.

Our team is in the final time slot 8.30 pm. Its 3ºC outside and thankfully much warmer in. With Annette cheering them on, the intrepid 3; Tina, Lorraine and Mike swam a massive 104 lengths and afterwards had a well deserved Mars bar each.
